Information pages are organised into paragraphs. You can have multiple paragraphs on any Information page of your website, which easily allow you to organise your text and images.

The above screenshot displays an example of how paragraphs display on the website. The section in blue is "Paragraph 1" on the page whereas the the section in red is "Paragraph 2" on the page. Paragraph 1 is set to left align the text and right align the image, whereas Paragraph 2 is set to left align the text and left align the image.

While you can only technically upload one image to each paragraph as shown in the example, there is a way to upload more images to the paragraph if you wish to display them side by side for example. Let's assume you are looking to upload two images side by side to the paragraph.

You will need to gain access to some form of image editing software to continue (if you are using Microsoft Windows, you should have a piece of software bundled called Paint or Microsoft Paint. The guide below is demonstrated using Microsoft Paint, however the steps/screenshots may differ slightly depending on your version of Windows). First of all, you will need to ensure the images are saved to your computer, your image editing software is open, you have logged into your control panel and have a paragraph already setup ready to upload the images to.

1. Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint

2. With Paint open, click on the Image option at the top of the screen and select Attributes from the dropdown menu.

3. Ensure the width is set to no more than 600 pixels. It would be advisable to keep the height no less than 500 pixels for now. Click the Ok button to apply the settings.

4. Navigate to the folder where your image/s are saved, right click on the image, select the Open With option from the list and then click on Paint from within the list. The image will now open in a seperate Paint window.

5. Click on Edit at the top of this window and click on Select All from the dropdown list.

6. You should get a screen as per the example below with a cursor consisting of four arrows. There should be four small squares around the corners of your image indicated by the red circles below. You can resize your image accordingly by dragging the corners.

*Note - it wouldnt be advisable to resize the image to anything larger than the initial size as this can distort your image.

7. Once you are happy with the size, right click anywhere on the image and select Copy from the dropdown list.

8. Close down this window (if prompted, you dont have to save this document if you dont want to) and open up the original Paint document you opened back in point 1.

9. Click on Edit at the top of the screen and select Paste from the list to paste your image onto the main canvas. It should now resemble the following screenshot:

10. You can now position the image by dragging it with your cursor. Please note that if you click outside of the image, you will need to paste the image again if you are not happy with the positioning.

11. Repeat the process from point 4 to position one or more images on your canvas. The below example shows two images positioned side by side as we want them:

12. Click on Image and then Attributes as we did in point 2 of the guide to bring up the Attributes window.

13. Change the height accordingly to fit in with the images and click on Ok. You may need to play about with the sizing a little and it would be beneficial to change the height no more than 50 pixels at a time. Using our example in the screenshot, a good starting number would be to change the height to 460 pixels just to round it off. The screenshot below shows what we are aiming for (notice the bottom of the canvas is now close to the bottom of the images):

14. Save our newly combined image as one file. To do this, click on File at the top left of the window and click Save As... from the list. You will then be presented with the following box:

15. Enter a file name for your image, click on the Save As Type dropdown box and select JPEG outlined in the screenshot above. Finally click the Save button to the right of the window to save the image file.

16. Finally, upload the image to your website as normal ensuring the image optimisation box is unticked prior to uploading. Referring to the very first screenshot displaying at the top of this guide, here is what it would look like if we replaced the image on paragraph 1:

You can spend a bit more time on your combined image than we have in this example. Even though you can gain a desired result with using Microsoft Paint, it would be advisable to check some specific image editing software for more control over your images in general. There are various applications throughout the Internet, both free and paid. Feel free to search Google for some good recommendations.
